This breadth of work provides hands-on experience with diverse structural systems, materials, and building codes across multiple jurisdictions.

The firm emphasizes clear communication, constructable solutions, and early coordination, and team members are encouraged to take ownership of their work. Frequent job site visits are an integral part of the role, offering direct exposure to construction means and methods, contractor coordination, and field conditions that shape successful structural design. For engineers seeking responsibility, variety, and the opportunity to grow alongside a developing practice, Preston Structural Solutions offers a collaborative and engaging environment.
